The Coherence Realm defines modes of contribution within CFIM360™.
It is not an employment structure. It is not a hiring system.
It is a contribution layer designed to support system growth through real-world signal and structured collaboration.
Purpose
The Coherence Realm exists to:
- capture lived experience and domain insight
- extract invariants from real-world conditions
- support system development through aligned contributors
- preserve attribution and contribution clarity
Structure
The Coherence Realm consists of:
- Co-Architects
- Observers
- Luminaries
Each represents a different mode of contribution, not hierarchy or status.
Contribution Model
Participation in the Coherence Realm is:
- voluntary
- independent
- non-obligatory
At the current stage:
- contributions are not compensated
- there is no expectation of payment
- there are no employment relationships
In the future:
- paid collaborations may be introduced
- participation does not guarantee compensation
- prior contributions are not treated as deferred wages
Attribution
All contributors are credited for their participation.
Contributions may be:
- observed
- interpreted
- abstracted into system-level insights
These abstractions are part of CFIM360™ and are not treated as individual proprietary outputs.
Boundary
The Coherence Realm does not:
- create employment contracts
- assign compensation obligations
- guarantee future roles
- expose internal system mechanisms
Statement
Contribution is voluntary. Value is recognized. Alignment determines continuation.
