Co-Architects

Identity

Co-Architects are contributors who participate in shaping, building, and extending CFIM360™.

They work at the level of structure.

Their role is not to observe or interpret alone, but to translate signal into system form.

Co-Architects do not function as employees, contractors, or assigned roles.

They operate as independent contributors aligned with system development.

Purpose

Co-Architects exist to:

  • translate insights into structured components
  • support system expansion across domains
  • refine articulation, design, and implementation layers
  • contribute to the evolution of CFIM360™

Their work connects:

  • raw signal
  • structured understanding
  • system-level expression
  • Types of Co-Architects

Co-Architects operate across different functional lanes.

These are not hierarchy levels, but areas of contribution.

Research Co-Architect

Focuses on:

  • invariants
  • equations
  • drift patterns
  • vault structuring

Responsible for strengthening the internal logic and consistency of the system.

Design Co-Architect

Focuses on:

  • visual coherence
  • site structure
  • monograph presentation
  • interface clarity

Responsible for how the system is expressed and perceived.

Development Co-Architect

Focuses on:

  • DSL (Domain specific Language)
  • tools
  • infrastructure
  • code systems

Responsible for building executable and functional layers.

Operations Co-Architect

Focuses on:

  • synchronization
  • coordination
  • administrative flow
  • progress tracking

Responsible for maintaining system continuity and execution rhythm.

Sector Co-Architect

Focuses on:

  • domain application
  • real-world integration

Examples include:

  • health
  • governance
  • education
  • other sector-specific systems

Responsible for translating CFIM360™ into applied environments.

Contribution Model

Participation as a Co-Architect is:

  • voluntary
  • independent
  • non-obligatory

At the current stage:

  • there is no employment structure
  • there is no guaranteed compensation

In the future:

  • structured collaborations may emerge
  • participation does not imply entitlement to paid roles

Participation

Individuals who wish to contribute as Co-Architects may express interest through a structured submission.

This is not an application for employment.

It is an expression of alignment with the system and willingness to contribute within its scope.

Submissions may include:

  • domain expertise
  • areas of contribution
  • prior work or experience
  • intent of involvement

All submissions are reviewed internally.

Participation is selective and based on alignment, not volume.

Boundary

Co-Architects do not:

  • own system components
  • define core system authority
  • access or expose internal mechanisms beyond permitted scope

All contributions are:

  • interpreted within CFIM360™
  • abstracted into system-level structure

Statement

Co-Architects do not follow the system. They shape how it takes form.
